• The CrackAgri doesn’t support changes and modifications to online bookings once they’re made.
  • All the refunds shall be done by the CrackAgri directly to you.
  • In case of multiple times debiting of Candidate Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Candidate’s account being debited with the excess amount in a single transaction due to the technical error, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the candidate.
  • Due to the technical error, payment being charged to the Candidate Card/Bank Account but the enrollment for the examination is unsuccessful or if candidate is unable to download the material(eBook/pdf). The candidate would be provided with it the at no extra cost. However, if in such cases, candidate wishes to seek the refund of the amount, he/she would be refunded net the amount, after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.
  • If you have received an item (BOOKS/STUDY MATERIAL) in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, you may request a replacement within 2 days of receiving product at no extra cost.
  • Refund Policy is specific.
  • The Candidate will have to make an application for the refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments. The application in the prescribed format should be sent to support@crackagri.com
  • The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded by CrackAgri via electronic mode in favor of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form, within a period of 7-10 calendar days on receipt of such claim.
  • Please check the respective return policy when buying or before initiating a return for a replacement.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of the product. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
